Ryan Graham

Ryan Graham, CPA, is a Director in the audit department for Blue & Co., LLC at the Lexington office with more than 12 years of experience. Ryan regularly serves manufacturing and employee benefit plan clients. 

Ryan graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Prior to joining Blue & Co., LLC, Ryan worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP for three and half years. 

He is also involved in a number of civic organizations. He is currently serving as the treasurer for Ronald McDonald House of the Bluegrass, is on the board of the Blue & Co. Foundation, and the Lexington Dream Factory. Ryan is also a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Kentucky Society of CPAs. 

Kenny Keener

Kenny Keener, CPA, was promoted to vice president of operations administration for Davis H. Elliot Company. Keener will be focused on the management of Elliot's billing and equipment departments, as well as aiding with the administrative needs of each of the operational divisions of the company.

Taylor Deveaux

Taylor L. Deveaux, CPA, has been promoted to Manager in the Audit and Assurance Services Division. Prior to joining the firm, Deveaux graduated magna cum laude from Kentucky Wesleyan College with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minor in Economics. She serves as treasurer for both the Salvation Army and the Owensboro Convention and Visitors Bureau. She provides auditing and assurance services for community banks, utilities, HUD-assisted entities, governmental entities and non-profit organizations.

John Palmer

John Palmer III, CPA has been promoted to Supervisor in the Tax Services Division.
Palmer graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a minor in Film Studies from Western Kentucky University. Palmer attended the University of Kentucky’s College of Law and graduated in 2012. He practiced law for two years serving as a judicial clerk for a circuit judge and working as a private attorney. Palmer has experience serving clients in various capaci­ties, including, but not limited to, tax preparation and planning for small businesses, non-profit organi­zations and individuals.

Sara Williams

Sara H. Williams, CPA has been promoted to Supervisor in the Tax Services Division. Prior to joining the firm, she graduated magna cum laude from Kentucky Wesleyan College with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minor in Mathematics. Williams served as Past Chair on the Executive Committee for Chamber Young Professionals (CYP), serves as Vice-President of Finance for the Western Kentucky Botanical Garden, and is a Board Member of the Daniel Pitino Shelter. She provides tax services to clients in a variety of industries including, but not limited to, small businesses, corporations, individuals and not-for-profit organizations.
