KyCPA staff spotlight: Marvin Stewart

Meet Marvin Stewart, the newest member of the Society’s team as communications, marketing and design coordinator. Stewart recently graduated from Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. Prior to KyCPA, he worked as a student event assistant and marketer for EKU as well as a camp intern, welcome intern and orientation leader.
“I’ve always had a passion for communications, marketing and graphic design. A position in this field and getting the chance to utilize my skills, passion and energy is a dream career.”
Stewart said.
Stewart is helping to develop a podcast for KyCPA members. Stewart will be the host of the podcast and is working on a list of potential subjects. If you have suggestions for content, you may email him at mstewart@kycpa.org. Stay tuned, KyCPA will be rolling out the new podcast series in the coming months.
“I’m excited to not only launch the podcast but connect with the current and future members of KyCPA. I am open to any and all suggestions and look forward to bringing my creativity and talents to this position!”
Stewart will be at KyCPA events and conferences taking photos, filming or interviewing attendees to post on social media. “I am very excited to have Marvin join the KyCPA team.
