Overview

This series includes four 2-hour consecutive Friday sessions, airing live beginning May 3, for a total of 8 CPE. Objectives

Week 3_- Apply improved understanding of human behavior, people issues, conflict management and work/life balance and grow your employee emotional intelligence.

Week 4_- Recognize, accept and understand the tendencies of perfectionists. Recall their strengths and areas where they may improve and identify strategies to get the most out of a perfectionist.

Week 1:_CFO Series: Tactics to Reduce Risk: 3rd Strategy to Help ROI
